ABOUT US
Therapy Animals of Southern AZ was formed in late 2011. We are a local group of .
volunteers for the international organization, Pet Partners (formerly known as Delta Society).
Our common passion is sharing the love and 'healing powers' of our pets with others in the community.
Our group was established to provide better support to local volunteers and the facilities where we bring our pets.
Educating others about how therapy animal visits improve people's physical and emotional health is also a focus of the group.
We enjoy making presentations to interested groups and the media - sharing research findings and inspiring, heart-warming stories.
